Weight: 166.6 lbs
BMI: 24.6
% Body Fat: 27%
Waist Circumference: 82 cm
Harvard Step Test: 40.8 (poor)
My Goals:
Weight: 155lbs
% Body Fat: 20%
Harvard Step Test: Good to Excellent
