I woke up a little sore from my workout yesterday. A good sign, as I know I worked the right muscles!

Nutrition:
Breakfast (8am): Large Flake Oats with 1 scoop of protein powder, raisins, all bran and soy milk
Glass of orange juice
Snack (11 am): 1/2 green pepper, cucumber, 2 rice cakes
Lunch (2 pm): chicken breast with steamed asparagus, broccoli, green beans
Snack (4 pm): green grapes and baby cut carrots
Snack (7 pm): protein bar
Snack (9 pm): light microwave popcorn

Workout:
Just cardio today, 30 mins of walking 4.0 mph
